The Philippine Olympic Committee (POC), led by President Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino, is preparing for a challenging Southeast Asian Games. He acknowledged that the competition will be tougher than in previous years but expressed confidence in the country’s athletes and national sports associations to rise to the occasion.
Tolentino emphasized that early preparation will be crucial. The POC has already started planning strategically and coordinating with sports associations to ensure Team Philippines is as ready as possible for the Games.
