The list, shared by columnist Ramon Tulfo, includes several politicians and retired military personnel as possible organizers or financiers of the alleged effort. The AFP emphasized that inclusion on the list does not imply guilt and that all names are subject to verification by intelligence agencies before any legal conclusions are drawn.
