Clark Water Corporation (CWC), the exclusive water and wastewater service provider for the Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ), is celebrating its 25 years of continuous service while unveiling an ambitious investment plan of approximately ₱17.3 billion to be implemented from 2026 through 2040.
Over its tenure, CWC has achieved 100 % coverage in both water and wastewater services within the CFZ, maintained non‑revenue water at an impressive level of around 6 %, and ensured a reliable service buffer for customers.
The upcoming investment will focus on diversifying water sources beyond groundwater, expanding the sewer network to accommodate growth, upgrading treatment and distribution facilities, and enhancing infrastructure resilience to support the Freeport Zone’s evolution as a major economic and investment hub.
By commemorating this milestone, Clark Water reaffirms its commitment to delivering world‑class utility services while promoting sustainable development and environmental stewardship in the region.
