A tragic road accident in Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental claimed the lives of three individuals riding a motorcycle after a head-on collision with a truck.
According to a 24 Oras report, CCTV footage captured from the scene showed the motorcycle traveling at high speed just moments before the deadly crash. The collision occurred in Barangay Poblacion, and all three riders were declared dead at the scene, having been thrown under the truck.
Police from Zamboanguita stated that the victims’ families have chosen not to file charges against the truck driver. The truck’s owner has reportedly offered to cover the funeral expenses.
