Actress Katrina Halili shared that she is feeling “inspired” and happy, but opted to keep details about her love life private during her guest appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.
“Inspired lang ako. Masaya. Masaya lang,” she said, choosing not to elaborate further.
Love, Life, and Lessons for Her Daughter
A year after the passing of her boyfriend, former Wao, Lanao Del Sur Vice Mayor Jeremy Guiab, Halili opened up about self-love and the lessons she wants to impart to her daughter, Katie.
“Love yourself muna. ‘Yan ‘yung una kong ituturo sa kaniya,” she shared, explaining that she wants Katie to feel loved at home so she doesn’t seek validation elsewhere.
Halili also emphasized self-respect in relationships, saying:
“‘Pag mahal mo sarili mo at nirerespeto mo ‘yung sarili mo, OK naman ‘yung pupuntahan mo.”
The Mommy Dearest actress co-parents Katie with her ex-boyfriend, Kris Lawrence.
