John Prats recently reconnected with his Gmik co-star Miko Samson, marking their first meeting in over two decades. Prats shared the emotional reunion on Instagram, posting photos of the two alongside a nostalgic snapshot from their time on the 1990s youth-oriented TV series.
Prats, who played Yuan in the hit show, expressed his joy at catching up with Samson, who portrayed Tonsy. “Good to see you again, brother Miko Samson. After 23 years, it feels unreal to catch up and remember the good times we had on Gmik,” Prats captioned the post. “Hoping we can get the whole gang back together someday—that would be epic.”
Samson replied warmly, saying, “Nice seeing you dude! Hang again soon!”
Different Paths After Gmik
While Prats continued his successful showbiz career, Samson pursued his studies, earning a law degree from Ateneo Law School and attending Columbia University in New York. Samson now practices law in New York.
