Popular vloggers Cong TV and Viy Cortez announced they’re expecting a baby girl during a special celebration with family and friends in Tagaytay. Cortez shared the event on her YouTube channel, where guests dressed in pink and blue gathered to witness the gender reveal. At the countdown, pink confetti and powder burst into the air, confirming that their second child will be a girl.
Cortez, visibly emotional, said, “We have a [little] Cong, and now a Viy!” She added that while she had a feeling it was a girl, the confirmation still brought tears. Cong, meanwhile, initially expected another son but expressed joy over their growing family and excitement for their firstborn, Zeus Emmanuel (nicknamed Kidlat), to have a lifelong playmate.
“We’re all ready here,” Cong said, sharing his commitment to protect his daughter along with the support of her aunts, uncles, and godparents.
Cong and Cortez, who married in a grand church ceremony last June, welcomed Kidlat in 2022.
