Mavy Legaspi expressed his happiness for his rumored ex-girlfriend Kyline Alcantara following the recent confirmation of her relationship with basketball player Kobe Paras. In an interview with 24 Oras on November 4, Legaspi said he’s moved on and hopes the public will also let go of past speculations about his relationship with Alcantara.
“The person’s happy. I’m happy,” he said, choosing not to directly name Alcantara. “Let’s end the year on a peaceful note. What’s done is done, and everyone is happy.”
Legaspi mentioned that he remains “civil” with Alcantara and has no problem seeing her again. “I’ve always been civil. At the end of the day, we’re all just looking for happiness in our lives,” he added.
When asked about his own relationship status, Legaspi hinted that he is focusing on himself. “All I can say is that my heart is happy,” he shared, noting that he’s also working hard at the gym for an upcoming project.
Although Legaspi and Alcantara, known as “MavLine,” never confirmed their relationship, they were frequently seen together since 2021 and starred in several projects together, including I Left My Heart in Sorsogon and Zero Kilometers Away.
Alcantara previously discussed her relationship with Legaspi in an interview last August, saying she was grateful for the experience but ready to move on. Paras confirmed his relationship with Alcantara earlier this month in an interview with Cosmo Philippines.
