Barretto discussed the rumors during a clinic visit with her close friend, Dra. Aivee Teo, featured in Teo’s vlog on YouTube.
While receiving a beauty treatment, Barretto remarked on Cojuangco’s unwavering support, saying, “When a man supports a woman wherever you go, even for derma, that is something else. A keeper.” She added, “We’ll be 31 years together in February. We have never separated.”
Barretto also found humor in the persistent breakup rumors, which she and Cojuangco often laugh about. “People say we’re separated. Oh my gosh, we really laugh [about it],” she said, agreeing with Teo’s sentiment that Cojuangco is her “constant.”
The couple, who share a daughter named Dominique, have not married but have been together for over three decades. Their daughter welcomed her first child earlier this year.
