Over 150,000 Families Affected by Massive Flooding Across PH

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) recorded a total of 27 deaths due to the heavy flooding across the country. 

More than 150,000 families were also impacted by the low-pressure areas. There are eleven injured and three missing. 

Over 31,000 families were also displaced as the massive flooding forced them to leave their homes. The affected families spanned across 13 regions in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. 

OCD reported that eight cities and one province were placed under state of calamity. 

Agricultural loss was priced at P258.3 million while infrastructure damage was pegged at P171 million. 

The government has offered aid amounting to P31.6 million for those affected by the flooding.
