MUNTINLUPA CITY, Philippines — Local officials have inaugurated a Mayor’s Action Center at Ospital ng Muntinlupa (OSMUN) to provide faster and more coordinated public service support for patients and their families, city authorities said.
The new action center, located within the hospital grounds, is designed to serve as a one‑stop assistance hub where residents can access various city government services related to healthcare, documentation, and social support. Officials said the facility aims to make it easier for patients and their companions to obtain information, referrals, and assistance without needing to travel far from the hospital setting.
Muntinlupa City Mayor Rozzano Rufino Biazon led the ribbon‑cutting ceremony and emphasized that the center reflects the local government’s commitment to streamlining service delivery and responding quickly to community needs. The action center will work closely with hospital personnel to address concerns such as patient transport assistance, medical referrals, vital record requests, and other administrative matters.
City officials noted that the facility is part of broader efforts to enhance citizen engagement and improve frontline services across Muntinlupa, especially for vulnerable groups who may require urgent assistance while seeking medical care. Residents are encouraged to approach the Mayor’s Action Center for help with government transactions while inside Ospital ng Muntinlupa.
The officials also assured that the center will operate regularly to assist constituents and coordinate necessary support with appropriate city departments.
