QUEZON CITY, Philippines — A major concert held Saturday night, February 21, 2026, at the Quezon Memorial Circle kicked off the activities leading up to the 40th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution.
Organized by civil society groups, the event serves as a precursor to the main commemoration on February 25, which marks the peaceful uprising that ended the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos Sr. in 1986.

- Theme: The concert was titled “Awit at Aksyon Kontra Korapsyon (Song and Action Against Corruption),” focusing on good governance and ethical leadership.
