Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr. delivered a clear message to the newest batch of Philippine Military Academy (PMA) cadets: stay focused on duty and avoid political distractions. He reminded them to uphold professionalism, remain loyal to the Constitution, and serve the nation with integrity regardless of political turbulence.
Brawner emphasized that their role is not to take sides or engage in partisan debates. He highlighted the AFP Code of Conduct as a guiding framework, stressing that strength without integrity is hollow.
As he welcomed the PMA Class of 2025, trained to handle threats across land, sea, air, cyber, and cognitive domains, Brawner urged the cadets to remain disciplined, committed to their mission, and true to the values of honor, service, and patriotism.
