The Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed his departure after the Department of Justice (DOJ) verified that no hold‑departure order or active warrant of arrest was in place. He left from Manila via Taiwan in the evening. The DOJ acknowledged that although an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) covers him, its presence does not legally impede his travel absent a warrant.
