It was an emotional moment inside the Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition house as Mika Salamanca apologized to Bianca De Vera following the show’s first face-to-face nominations.
During Tuesday’s episode, Mika, who had given nomination points to both Bianca and Dustin Yu, tried to approach Bianca to explain her decision. At first, Bianca said she needed some time, but the two later had a heartfelt conversation at the dining table.
In tears, Mika said, “Sorry na… I didn’t plan to hurt you, but I knew it would. I thought you’d understand. Ikaw nagturo sakin noon kung paano bumoto ng tama.” Bianca, also emotional, responded with understanding and said, “I understand… Love you, too. Tomorrow na tayo mag-usap.”
In the confession room, Mika admitted to Kuya that she felt guilty for nominating Bianca, someone who had been her support system in the house. She expressed how deeply she values their bond, saying their friendship is bigger than the game. “Yung pagmamahal ko kay Bianca, never ‘yun magbabago,” she said.
This week’s nominations stirred a range of emotions among housemates. Shuvee Entrata felt betrayed after receiving points from AZ Martinez, and other duos like DusBi (Dustin and Bianca), AzVer (AZ and River), and ShuKla (Shuvee and Klarisse) were nominated.
