Ahtisa Manalo has officially been crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2025, drawing praise from fans and former queens alike for her poise, elegance, and winning presence.
Representing Quezon Province, Manalo was revealed as the new titleholder on Saturday, May 3, through a regal photo shared by the Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) organization. She is seen wearing the prestigious “La Mer en Majeste” crown in the announcement.

Among those who congratulated Manalo was MUPH director and Miss Universe 2011 third runner-up Shamcey Supsup-Lee, who praised Manalo’s grace and confidence. “Thailand, get ready—she’s going to shine!” she said, referring to the upcoming Miss Universe pageant set for November.
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray also expressed excitement, writing, “She did it! So proud! Let’s go, Ahtisa!” Meanwhile, Miss Universe 2012 first runner-up Janine Tugonon shared her enthusiasm, saying, “Congratulations to our new queen, Ahtisa! Excited for your [Miss Universe] journey.”
