Marcos Slams Russian Vlogger Vitaly for ‘Bullying’ Filipinos: ‘We Won’t Tolerate This’

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has publicly condemned Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy for allegedly harassing Filipinos in his online content, vowing that the government will not tolerate such disrespect from foreigners.

In a vlog posted Monday, Marcos reacted strongly to viral videos showing Zdorovetskiy mocking and annoying Filipinos, seemingly for entertainment.
“Sira ulo rin ito… Hindi naman Pilipino, pwede ko bang murahin?” the President joked, clearly frustrated. He added, “Let’s not support that kind of behavior.”

Marcos expressed concern over the rising trend of vloggers using shock value and offensive behavior to gain views, warning Filipinos not to emulate such antics.

Zdorovetskiy was arrested earlier this month in Pasay City after the Bureau of Immigration issued a Mission Order against him for violating provisions of the Philippine Immigration Act. He is currently in BI custody and facing charges but has not yet been deported.

Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla previously clarified that the Russian national would remain detained while legal processes unfold.

President Marcos emphasized the importance of standing up to bullies:
“We must resist bullying. The government stands with Filipinos to hold people like this accountable.”
