MANILA, Philippines – Ivana Alawi has set the record straight: she hasn’t undergone plastic surgery and has no plans to do so.
In a candid moment on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, the actress and content creator dismissed long-standing rumors about her appearance. Asked about the worst fake news she’s heard, Ivana didn’t hold back: “Ang kapal n’yo. Walang retoke diyan.”
She admitted to having insecurities in the past, especially about her nose. “That was my biggest insecurity, kaya siguro sinasabing retoke. But no—this is natural,” she said.
When asked if she might consider surgery in the future, Ivana gave a firm “no,” adding playfully, “Bahala kayo. OK na ako, masaya na ako. Contour-contour na lang ‘yan.”
Ivana recently appeared as a house guest on Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition, where she grew close to fellow housemate Dustin Yu, whom she now follows on Instagram. She also promised to invite him on her vlog post-exit.
