Actors Sam Milby and Dennis Trillo shared their thoughts on cheating in relationships, emphasizing that it’s not just about physical infidelity but also emotional betrayal.
During a press conference for their rom-com film Everything About My Wife, Milby pointed out that social media fuels temptation, and flirting or leading someone on can already be considered emotional cheating.
“Cheating happens in different forms. If you’re emotionally attached to someone outside your relationship, you’re giving a part of yourself that should be for your partner,” Milby explained.
Trillo added that understanding boundaries is key to maintaining a healthy relationship.
“Know your limits. If you go beyond them, problems will happen. You have to act right and understand the consequences of your actions,” he stated.
The two actors star alongside Jennylyn Mercado in Everything About My Wife, a Filipino adaptation of the 2008 Argentine film A Boyfriend for My Wife, which has also been remade in several countries.
