Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna marked their 9th wedding anniversary with a family trip to Japan, celebrating their milestone amidst a snowy landscape.
Luna shared glimpses of their vacation on Instagram on Thursday, January 30, expressing gratitude for their journey together.
“What a way to celebrate our anniversary,” she wrote.
“Thank you, dear Lord, for 9 blissful years with my dear husband! Grateful for all the blessings and the learnings you’ve given us. Thank you to our dear family for being with us today!”
A Love That Grows Stronger
In another post, Luna shared a romantic photo of her and Sotto sharing a kiss with a breathtaking snow-covered mountain in the background.
“Stronger than ever. Happy 9th wedding anniversary, my love!” she captioned the post.
From Love Story to Parenthood
Sotto and Luna started dating in 2011 and tied the knot in 2016. They have two daughters:
- Tali, born in November 2017
- Thia, born in January 2024
The couple recently celebrated Thia’s first birthday with a heartfelt gathering.
Legal Battle with Director Darryl Yap
Amid their celebration, Luna also acknowledged a recent legal victory for Sotto, as a court partially granted his writ of habeas data petition against filmmaker Darryl Yap.
The petition relates to the trailer of Yap’s upcoming movie, “The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma,” which linked Sotto to the case of the late 1980s sexy star Pepsi Paloma.
Sotto has also filed 19 counts of cyber libel against Yap, with the complaint still pending before the Muntinlupa Prosecutor’s Office.
Despite the legal issues, Sotto and Luna remain focused on family, love, and celebrating life together.
