Felip, also known as SB19’s Ken, wowed audiences with his rap skills in the D.U.N.K. showcase performance in Yokohama, Japan.
The Filipino artist was part of a special collaboration for “ID”, a track by Japanese rapper and producer SKY-HI. He shared the stage with Ryoki (BE:FIRST), Ryuki (Mazzel), Jimmy (Psychic Fever), Juri Tanaka (SixTONES), and Nicholas (&Team), making him the only Filipino act in the lineup.
In the newly released performance video, Felip delivered a hard-hitting verse in both English and Bisaya, rapping about being on a different level. His energy and stage presence quickly made waves, with hashtags #ID_PerformanceVid_FELIP and ID RAP SHOWCASE trending on X (formerly Twitter).
Felip called the opportunity “an honor”, adding, “The show was really massive and one of the biggest stages I’ve performed in.”
Since launching his solo career in 2023 with the EP COMPLEX, Felip has continued to push boundaries in the music scene. In 2024, he released 7sins, featuring tracks like “Envy”, “Greed”, and “Ache”. He also took the 7sins experience to Japan, hosting an album signing and concert.
