Marian Rivera Gets Emotional as Daughter Zia Performs on Stage for the First Time

Marian Rivera was filled with pride and emotion as she watched her eldest daughter, Zia, take the stage for her first-ever singing performance.

In a heartfelt post on Facebook, Rivera shared a video of Zia rehearsing Andra Day’s “Rise Up” for an event. Holding a microphone with confidence, the 9-year-old made her mother beam with joy.

“My tears fell while watching you rehearse,” Rivera captioned the video. “This is your first time trying something unfamiliar, stepping on stage to sing, and you pushed through.”

Overflowing Support from Mom

Rivera assured Zia of her unwavering support, encouraging her to pursue her dreams. “As I told you, all these blessings come from Him, and we dedicate them to Him. You make mama proud as always!” she wrote.

Rivera also shared behind-the-scenes moments of their backstage preparations and Zia’s full performance, adding, “Keep dreaming big, mahal!”

A Memorable Year for Zia

Zia recently celebrated her 9th birthday, which was made even more special by a surprise gift from global pop star Olivia Rodrigo.

Marian Rivera and her husband, actor Dingdong Dantes, are also parents to their younger son, Sixto.
