Actor Paolo Contis sparked speculation about his relationship status after seemingly implying that he is single during an appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.
Contis, alongside fellow actor-comedian Kokoy de Santos, participated in the show’s “Fast Talk” segment on Thursday, November 14. Host Boy Abunda posed the question: “For you, single or taken?”
After a brief pause, De Santos answered “Single.” Contis followed with the same response: “Single.”
Relationship Rumors
Contis did not elaborate on his answer, nor did he mention Yen Santos during the interview, which mainly revolved around his work on Bubble Gang.
The actor publicly confirmed his relationship with Santos in January 2023, expressing plans to marry her in the future. However, breakup rumors began circulating in May 2024 after observant netizens noticed the two had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
When previously asked about their relationship status, Contis deflected, saying, “As I always say, you already know too much about me, so I’d like to keep my personal life personal.” Santos has remained silent on the issue.
