Actor Juancho Triviño recently marked a significant milestone, sharing a video on Instagram from his baptism, which took place last Sunday. The Sparkle star was joined by his wife, Joyce Pring, and their daughter, Agnes Eleanor, as he embraced his faith publicly through baptism.
In the video, Juancho expressed that he had faced personal hesitations about the ceremony in the past but felt it was time to “obey the commandment of Jesus to be baptized and declare our faith.” Joyce shared her excitement and some nervousness for the special moment, calling it a “long time coming.”
In his Instagram caption, Juancho emphasized that baptism represents a “public declaration of our IDENTITY in Christ” and does not guarantee salvation, but rather is a step in following his faith.
Juancho and Joyce’s love story began when they co-hosted GMA’s Unang Hirit morning show. They married privately in 2019, later holding a Christian garden wedding in 2020. Together, they have two children: Alonso Eliam, born in 2021, and Agnes Eleanor, born in 2023.
