Big Punch Entertainment, the couple’s agency, confirmed that the much-anticipated event would take place in Seoul, with the specific date kept confidential, although some reports suggest it will be on May 26th.
The duo first made their relationship public in 2016 and, after five years of dating, legally formalized their union during the pandemic. However, they postponed their wedding celebration due to COVID-19 restrictions. Ma Dong Seok, renowned for his roles in movies like “Train to Busan” and his Hollywood appearance in “Eternals,” subtly acknowledged their marriage in a 2022 award speech, referring to Ye Jung Hwa as his wife.
