Solenn Heussaff, the multifaceted actress and artist, has finally lifted the veil on her family’s labor of love, their new home, affectionately named Casa SosBolz 2.0. After an extensive two-and-a-half-year journey of construction and design, Solenn excitedly shared glimpses of her modern-tropical haven through a vlog on her YouTube channel.
With the construction expertise of Mundo Builders, Solenn and her family shaped their dream dwelling. For the interiors, while they sought professional guidance, it was Solenn’s personal touch that brought the space to life, handpicking every piece of furniture and décor to create a space that resonates with their taste and lifestyle.
One of the most striking features of Casa SosBolz 2.0 is its living area, radiating with natural light and boasting a high ceiling that Solenn believes instills a sense of freedom and expansiveness, a precious commodity in urban settings. The design intentionally incorporates sliding glass doors that frame the serene outdoor pool area, ensuring a seamless connection with nature from any vantage point within the home.
Understanding the dynamics of a household with kids and pets, Solenn strategically chose waterproof rugs to adorn the floors, combining practicality with style. The living space transitions smoothly into a cozy TV Room, featuring an L-shaped sofa for family gatherings, a customized console, and delicate white curtains, all adhering to a soothing neutral color palette.
The design philosophy of Casa SosBolz 2.0 extends beyond aesthetics, focusing on functional fluidity, with easy access to outdoor spaces and bathrooms, enhancing the home’s livability.
In upcoming episodes of Casa SosBolz, Solenn promises to unveil more of her home, including the open and dirty kitchens, among other intriguing spaces. This home reveal is not just a showcase of design but a narrative of the family’s journey, from packing up their previous home to the meticulous process of cleaning, decluttering, and finally, settling into this new chapter.
Solenn, alongside her husband Nico Bolzico, has been weaving this story since their union in 2016 and the subsequent arrival of their children, Thylane in 2020, and Maëlys Lionel in 2023. Casa SosBolz 2.0 is more than a residence; it’s a testament to their journey, growth, and the warm, vibrant life they’ve created together.
