UE’s standout player is weighing his options after a stellar season
Noy Remogat, the University of the East (UE) Red Warriors’ star guard, has been named to the UAAP Mythical First Team following an impressive season. Remogat averaged 16.5 points, 7.8 assists, and 6.3 rebounds per game, leading the Red Warriors to a sixth-place finish in the eliminations.
In addition to his on-court accomplishments, Remogat has also attracted the attention of rival schools. He revealed that he has received offers from other universities but is currently in talks with UE management to determine his future.
“There are offers,” Remogat said. “But team management and I are working on what’s best for me.”
Remogat expressed his gratitude to the UE community and his desire to remain with the Red Warriors.
“I’m thankful to the community and the support I’m getting here. I started here, and I was molded here,” he said.
Remogat’s decision will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the Red Warriors’ future. If he decides to stay, UE will have a strong core in place to build upon next season. However, if he leaves, the Red Warriors will face the challenge of replacing their star player.
