On August 7, 2023, the Manila Golf and Country Club, one of the most exclusive golf clubs in the Philippines, bore witness to the resounding success of the Rising Tigers Cup. The event reaffirmed Rising Tigers’ dominance not only in the business and lifestyle industries but also in the world of sports. The tournament concluded with Kristoffer Arevalo emerging as the First Master of the Green, bringing glory to the DLSU Golf Club.
Guided by the visionary leadership of Rising Tigers’ Chief Marketing Officer, Andria Terese Nicolas, the event unfolded with a seamless blend of enthusiasm and elegance. The presence of Ambassador of Malaysia H.E Dato Abdul Malik Melvin Castellino and Robert Laurel Yupangco, President of Yupangco Group, lent an air of distinction to the tournament.
However, the event was not solely about competition; it was also about making a difference. The proceedings of the tournament were dedicated to the projects of Kiwanis Club of Makati, underscoring Rising Tigers’ commitment to community betterment.
The Awarding Ceremony commenced with a stirring speech by Andria Nicolas, highlighting Rising Tigers’ venture into the world of sports and its impact on industry leaders. She remarked that the Rising Tigers Cup has inspired so many, seeing many CEOs and Presidents of various companies taking up golf to join the next tournament. “We want to give everyone a chance to become a Rising Tiger, so we already booked our next one, and we will only have it at the most exclusive and prestigious Golf Club in the Country- Here at Manila Golf and Country Club. Rising Tigers successfully entered sports with the support of Ambassadors, Business Leaders, Diplomats, and Tycoons. Among those leaders are Lauro Leviste, President of Summit Point; Michael Pacquiao, Creative Director of Rising Tigers Magazine; Robert Laurel Yupangco, Brian Poe Llamanzares, Co-Owner of Rising Tigers Magazine; and David Ackerman, Consul of Ethiopia, Grace Bondad Nicolas, President of Rising Tigers Magazine; Andrew Troy Nicolas, CEO of Rising Tigers Magazine, and Andria Terese Nicolas, Chief Marketing Officer of Rising Tigers Magazine.
