MANILA, Philippines – Filipino-American comedian Jo Koy will be bringing his “Funny is Funny” World Tour to Manila this August 31, 2022 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Tickets for the show have started selling on June 14 through the SM Tickets website and outlets, with ticket prices ranging from PHP1,750 to PHP8,000.
Joseph Glenn Herbert, more popularly known as Jo Koy, has been making waves in Hollywood with his thigh-slapper jokes mostly touching on relatable Asian-American experiences and Filipino culture that his Pinay mother carried with her even while living in America.
Aside from selling out shows in various arenas across the globe, Jo Koy is also starring in “Easter Sunday”, set to be released on August 5, 2022 by Universal Pictures, and showcases traditions and issues faced by a Filipino-American family leading up to the special occasion.
