BTS’s Jimin will be lending his voice to the upcoming tvN show, “Our Blues”, marking his first own Korean drama OST.
YamYam Entertainment, the drama’s OST producer, made the announcement, saying, “As the powerful global group BTS member Jimin joins, we plan to revitalize the drama with a masterpiece OST that goes well with the flow of the drama.”
Among the show’s star-studded cast are Lee Byung-hun (Squid Game), Shin Min-a (Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha), Lee Jung-eun (Parasite), and Kim Woo-bin (Uncontrollably Fond).
“Our Blues”,set in Korea’s Jeju Island, will premiere on April 9 and will have new episodes every Saturday and Sunday.
Noh Hee-kyung, the “Our Blues” writer, has worked on other K-drama hits such as “It’s Okay, That’s Love” and “That Winter, the Wind Blows.”
Other BTS members have earlier released their OSTs: Jin with “Yours” for the show “Jirisan”, and V with “Christmas Tree” for “Our Beloved Summer”.
