PARIS, France — Sarah Lahbati is taking her “fresh start” to a global stage, and it looks like a chic Parisian apartment near the Arc de Triomphe.
In a surprise appearance on the latest season of the hit Netflix reality series The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties (known as L’Agence), the Filipino-Moroccan actress was featured as a high-profile client looking for the perfect European home. Speaking fluent French, Lahbati worked with luxury realtor Valentin Kretz to find a space that could serve as both a sanctuary for her children and a base for her growing international fashion career.
During the episode, Lahbati revealed she is working with a budget of €5 million (approximately ₱348 million). Her goal? To find a “pied-à-terre”—a small, secondary home—that balances style with the practical needs of her family.
“When I’m in Paris for Fashion Week, I have five shows a day. Between the events and work with brands, it’s nonstop,” she shared in French. “But when I’m with the kids, Kai and Zion, we’re in a bubble. I want them to experience this city too.”
Valentin Kretz toured a 165-square-meter apartment with the actress, valued at €4.75 million (₱331 million). Renovated by renowned architect Virginie Renaut, the four-bedroom property blended classic Parisian molding with modern, artistic touches—a style Kretz described as “very much Sarah.”
While the actress was visibly impressed by the walk-in closet and “chic” aesthetic, she remained the discerning mom, questioning if the space was large enough to accommodate the frequent visits typical of Filipino families. “I’ll think about it,” she told Kretz, before asking for photos to show her mother and her sons back in Manila.
The appearance has sparked intense speculation among fans about whether the actress is planning a permanent relocation to France. Lahbati, who grew up in Geneva, Switzerland, explained that her fluency in French and her multicultural roots make Paris feel like a “second home.”
This high-end property search comes amidst a transformative year for Lahbati, who is currently in the process of an annulment from actor Richard Gutierrez. Whether she closes the deal or not, the episode serves as a powerful statement of her independence and her vision for a future that spans across continents.
