In the early morning forecast, PAGASA weather specialist Veronica Torres noted that satellite images show very few cloud formations over the country.

- Easterlies Influence: The “easterlies” (warm winds from the Pacific Ocean) continue to be the dominant weather system, which may bring isolated rain showers to certain areas, though no major storms are currently being monitored.
- Tropical Cyclone Update: There are currently no low-pressure areas (LPA) or active tropical cyclones within or near the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). PAGASA earlier estimated that zero to one tropical cyclone may form or enter the PAR during the month of March.

The fair weather in Luzon is expected to persist until Thursday. However, by Wednesday, the northeast monsoon (amihan) is projected to intensify slightly. This change will bring:
