- Northeast Monsoon (Amihan): Cloudy skies with light rains over Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, the rest of MIMAROPA, and Bicol Region. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon: Partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains.
- Shear Line: Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Visayas, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, and Palawan.
