PDEA Destroys Over P3 Million Worth of Marijuana Plants in Remote Benguet

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), together with police units, demolished marijuana plants worth more than P3 million in a remote area of Benguet. The operation targeted a plantation site in Kibungan, where over 18,000 fully grown marijuana shrubs were uprooted.

The PDEA reported that the eradication was carried out swiftly on-site, and the confiscated plants were burned immediately following standard procedures.
