Two Men Arrested in Cavite for Allegedly Recording Sexual Abuse of Four Teen Boys

Authorities have apprehended two men in Cavite who are accused of sexually abusing four teenage boys and recording the acts for unknown purposes. According to reports, the suspects were identified and taken into custody after a joint operation by regional police and child-protection units.

While the investigation is ongoing, initial details suggest the alleged victims are minors and the recordings could be for further distribution, heightening the concern for exploitation and child protection. Law enforcement agencies say they are treating the case as particularly serious, given the involvement of video evidence and the age of the victims.

Provincial officials have assured the public that the minors are now under protective custody, receiving counselling and medical support. They are cooperating with prosecutors as the case will likely involve charges under the Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination) and the Republic Act 9775 (Anti-Child Pornography Act). The suspects will face full criminal investigation including questions about the origin of the recordings, whether there was distribution or sharing, and possible other victims.

Officials also reiterated warnings that anyone involved in the sexual exploitation of children—whether through direct abuse or recording and distribution—can face severe penalties and that community vigilance remains vital.
