16 Manila Flights Canceled on Sunday Due to Tropical Storm Ramil

Several flights to and from Manila were canceled on Sunday, October 20, as Tropical Storm Ramil continued to bring heavy rains and strong winds across parts of Luzon.

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) announced that at least 16 domestic flights were grounded due to bad weather conditions affecting visibility and aircraft safety. Airlines advised affected passengers to monitor official flight updates and rebooking options through their respective customer service channels.

Pagasa earlier placed parts of Luzon under Signal No. 2 as Ramil intensified while moving northwest. The public is urged to stay alert for possible flight delays and further cancellations as weather conditions remain unstable.

Authorities reminded travelers to check their flight status before heading to the airport and to follow safety advisories issued by the government and airline operators.
