A-Team 360 Launches Strategic Advisory Board to Lead the Future of Reputation Management

A-Team 360, a collective of homegrown Filipino agencies specializing in marketing, branding, public relations, events, digital strategy, research, and media, has announced the formation of its multi-agency advisory board—a strategic step designed to elevate its leadership and sharpen its integrated services in the ever-evolving field of reputation management.

Founded by Congressman Brian Poe-Llamanzares, A-Team 360 is composed of powerhouse firms including A3 Group (Axcess Public Relations, Aika Events, Atmos Digital), WRNumero Research, and WR Advisory Group (WRAG). Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation for its expertise in brand building, crisis mitigation, and strategic communications.

With Llamanzares stepping down as CEO to devote his full attention to his legislative duties under the FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist, the company now transitions to a collaborative leadership model. This new structure will be led by an advisory board composed of domain experts from across its member agencies. “Stepping back from day-to-day operations allows me to focus fully on public service, confident that A-Team 360 is led by brilliant media, research, PR, and creative leaders,” said Congressman Poe-Llamanzares. “This strategic evolution is designed to ensure that our clients continue receiving world-class, Filipino-led solutions.”

At the heart of this transformation is Axcess Public Relations, which will lead A-Team 360’s reputation management practice, driving strategy and coordinating integration among partner agencies. “Reputation is a long game. It takes insight, intention, and integration,” explained Chescka Diaz, General Manager of Axcess PR. “We designed a model that leverages the strengths of our partner agencies at every stage of the reputation management process. Axcess PR will lead the strategy, while collaborating with WRNumero, WRAG, Aika, and Atmos to deliver end-to-end solutions—from analysis to activation and impact evaluation.”

This collaborative approach will see WRNumero and Axcess PR leading the research and analysis phase, with strategy development guided by Axcess PR, WRNumero, and WRAG. A3 Group’s agencies will handle planning, creative development, and execution alongside WRAG, while WRNumero and Axcess PR will take charge of evaluation and optimization to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
