Sue Ramirez opened up about her wellness journey, revealing how quitting coffee, soft drinks, and vaping has left her feeling significantly better.
Posting on Threads last Friday, July 4, the Flower Girl star shared her personal goals, saying her consistency in choosing healthier habits since June has paid off. “All it took was one switch—just one decision. If you really want change, you can do it,” she wrote.
Ramirez said she never thought she could give up coffee, soda, and vaping, but now that she has, she feels much healthier. She even urged followers in a follow-up post to quit vaping for their well-being.
In another post, she reflected on her physical healing after suffering two torn ligaments between November 2024 and January 2025. “It was painful—unimaginably so. But our bodies have an amazing capacity to heal,” she said, recounting months of limited mobility and sleepless nights before slowly regaining her strength.
Sue used this experience as a metaphor for emotional and mental healing, emphasizing that with time, even deep pain becomes manageable. “You still feel the pain sometimes, but it’s lighter because you’ve grown stronger,” she said.
Earlier this year, Ramirez also made headlines when she and actor Dominic Roque confirmed their relationship. The couple has since been spotted on various dates both locally and abroad, and has reportedly met each other’s families.
