Heart Evangelista shared a heartfelt message with the Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition housemates, encouraging them to use their influence to support charitable causes.
In Wednesday’s episode, the final duos showcased paintings representing their chosen charities and the personal reasons behind them. After hearing their stories, Heart reminded them of the deeper purpose behind their platforms.
“Always remember that while you work for visibility, some of the most important things you’ll do are those that happen behind the scenes,” she said. “Earthly recognition is great—but the points that matter most are the ones you earn in heaven.”
In a moment of reflection inside the confession room, Heart shared with Kuya that as public figures, they’re expected to shine a light on causes that need support. “It’s what God expects of us—we have the power to highlight charities,” she said.
For the past two decades, Heart has been actively involved in supporting thalassemia patients and stray dogs (aspins). “We’re all here to be vessels of blessings,” she added. “We never know how much time we have, so we should focus on what truly matters—not for visibility, but for our soul.”
Aside from her advice on charity work, Heart also offered guidance on self-love and toxic relationships during her guest stint. The housemates even enjoyed bonding time cooking fried bananas together.
