After his unsuccessful run for Batangas vice governor, Luis Manzano is hinting at a return to his showbiz roots—this time possibly reviving one of his beloved game shows.
On May 15, Manzano sparked buzz online with a social media poll asking fans which of his former game shows they’d like to see back on air: Rainbow Rumble, Deal or No Deal, or Minute to Win It. The post quickly drew reactions from followers and celebrity friends alike.
His wife, Jessy Mendiola, and TV host Melai Cantiveros voted for Rainbow Rumble, while Daniel Matsunaga favored Minute to Win It. John Prats and Aiyana Perlas both hoped to see all three shows revived. Fellow host Robi Domingo chimed in with It’s Your Lucky Day, referencing the noontime show they hosted together in 2023.
Fans also suggested other shows like Game Ka Na Ba? and I Can See Your Voice, which Manzano previously hosted. Some even took the opportunity to suggest he steer clear of politics moving forward.
Despite losing to incumbent Gov. Dodo Mandanas, Manzano has maintained a positive outlook, saying his political journey with Batangueños is only just beginning.
