Navotas City Representative and campaign manager Toby Tiangco expressed heartfelt appreciation to Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD) for backing Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas’ full Senate slate for the 2025 elections.
In a public statement, Tiangco commended Speaker Martin Romualdez, the party’s president, for rallying governors, lawmakers, and local leaders nationwide to boost Alyansa’s campaign.
“We are deeply thankful to Speaker Romualdez and the entire Lakas-CMD team for their trust and support,” said Tiangco. “Their help strengthens our campaign and expands our reach to voters across the country.”
Romualdez reaffirmed the party’s support during a breakfast gathering at Imelda Hall in Malacañang, urging Lakas-CMD members to vote straight for all 11 Alyansa candidates in May.
“These candidates are proven and tested. They are the ones our President trusts to deliver real progress,” Romualdez told attendees.
The Alyansa senatorial lineup includes notable names such as Benhur Abalos, Abby Binay, Bong Revilla, Pia Cayetano, Ping Lacson, Lito Lapid, Manny Pacquiao, Tito Sotto, Francis Tolentino, Erwin Tulfo, and Camille Villar.
Senator Lito Lapid also voiced gratitude for Lakas-CMD’s support, promising to continue advancing key programs and legislation in partnership with the administration.
