MANILA — Actress and singer Arci Muñoz got candid about her experience with surgical enhancements, expressing regret over her past decisions and offering heartfelt advice to others considering the same path.
In her recent guesting on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Arci reflected on why she chose to alter her appearance—and why she now wishes she hadn’t.
“There’s a reason this happened to me. Yes, I do have regrets, but I believe God had a purpose. I learned from it,” she shared.
Arci said that when someone asks her about undergoing enhancements, she often discourages them, especially if she feels they don’t need it. “If I think they don’t really need it, I say, ‘No, girl. Don’t do it. You’ll regret it,’” she said.
Known for her spontaneity, Arci admitted she once wanted to constantly reinvent herself. “I used to be all about change, but now, I believe less is more. That’s why I always tell people to really think it through. Don’t be like me—so stubborn,” she added with a smile.
The Pasion de Amor star revealed she lacked proper guidance at the time, acting mostly on her own impulses. “No one guided me. I just did whatever I wanted. If I could go back to before I touched anything, I absolutely would,” she said.
Arci, who also serves as a military reservist and beauty queen, has previously faced speculation about her appearance. Back in 2017, she didn’t deny the rumors, saying, “Deny? No, never. What’s wrong with that? As if I committed a crime.”
Now, however, she’s clear about one thing—she has no desire to undergo more procedures in the future.
