Megastar Sharon Cuneta recently took a trip down memory lane, reminiscing about her past relationships with actor-politicians Robin Padilla and Richard Gomez. Despite her fond recollections, Cuneta emphasized her happiness in finding lasting love with her husband, former senator Kiko Pangilinan.
On Instagram, Cuneta shared vintage photos, including one with Padilla during their promotion of Pagdating ng Panahon (2001), and another featuring Gomez planting a kiss on her forehead.
Celebrating Her Past and Present
Reflecting on how life has turned out for her former flames, Cuneta wrote:
“OMG Twilight Zone! Ampopogi at astig ng mga ex ko. Yung isa Senador na, yung isa naging Mayor na and now Congressman! Kakatuwa naman. Wala lang ang sarap lang makita ng nakasmile ka! Happy for them.”
(My exes are both good-looking and cool! One is now a senator, and the other became a mayor and now a congressman! It’s nice to see yourself smiling! Happy for them.)
While grateful for the memories, Cuneta made it clear that her heart belongs to Pangilinan, writing:
“PERO – si Kiko ang nanalo! Sa puso at buhay ko!!! Happy kami!” (BUT – Kiko won! In my heart and life!!! We are happy.)
A Storied Love Life
Cuneta and Pangilinan became a couple in 1994 and married in 1996. They have three children: Frankie, Miel, and Miguel. She also shares a daughter, actress KC Concepcion, with her former husband and leading man, Gabby Concepcion.
Staying in the Spotlight
Currently, Cuneta stars in the drama series Saving Grace, the Philippine adaptation of the Japanese hit Mother, alongside Julia Montes, Janice de Belen, and Jennica Garcia.
