Actor Tom Rodriguez has announced the arrival of his son, a baby boy named Korben. In an interview with GMA Integrated News journalist Nelson Canlas, Tom shared his joy and excitement about becoming a father, calling his son his “greatest source of inspiration.”
Tom explained that he kept the news private initially, but he’s happy to share his fatherhood journey when asked. “I never hid it,” he said, adding that he wanted to enjoy the experience quietly.
Revealing the meaning behind his son’s name, Tom said, “Korben is an anagram for ‘broken.’ It reflects a covenant, like David’s with the Lord, where his broken soul was made whole again.” Korben, now four months old, has brought new meaning and purpose to Tom’s life.
