Ai-Ai delas Alas is set to speak publicly about rumors surrounding her marriage to Gerald Sibayan. The comedian will address the speculations in an exclusive interview with her close friend, TV host Boy Abunda, on his show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on Monday, November 11.
Abunda shared details about the upcoming interview during Friday’s episode of Fast Talk, revealing that during a recent interview for his TV special My Mother, My Story, he asked Ai-Ai about her fears, to which she replied, “I am scared of being alone.” She added, however, that if that time came, “I think I can handle it now.”
Abunda also mentioned that while he was recently in the United States, a mutual friend had asked about the state of Ai-Ai’s marriage. At the time, Abunda explained that he wasn’t aware of any details but intended to ask Ai-Ai directly about it, emphasizing that he considers her more than just a celebrity but as family.
Delas Alas and Sibayan, who have nearly a 30-year age gap, tied the knot in 2017 and renewed their vows in Las Vegas in December 2022. Fans are eager to hear her response to the rumors and wish her well as she celebrates her birthday on Monday.
