LeBron James’ Triple-Double Powers Lakers to Victory Over Kings, Extending Undefeated Start

LeBron James delivered a standout performance with a triple-double of 32 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists, leading the Los Angeles Lakers to a 131-127 win over the Sacramento Kings on Saturday. Supported by Anthony Davis, who added 31 points and nine rebounds, the Lakers maintained their undefeated record at 3-0 under new head coach JJ Redick.

The Lakers led by 15 points early, but the Kings rallied to take a seven-point lead in the third quarter. James, however, dominated the fourth quarter with 16 points, including an 8-0 solo run, reclaiming the Lakers’ momentum. Davis sealed the victory with a clutch 3-pointer in the final minute, widening the lead to five points.

For the Kings, Domantas Sabonis also notched a triple-double with 29 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists, though the effort wasn’t enough to prevent the loss.

The Lakers will next face the Phoenix Suns on Monday, while the Kings will host the Trail Blazers.
