Kim Ji Soo Signs Contract with Sparkle, Joins GMA Network

South Korean actor Kim Ji Soo has officially joined Sparkle, the talent management arm of GMA Network, following a contract signing on Wednesday, August 28. The signing ceremony took place at the GMA Network headquarters and was attended by several top executives, including GMA Network Senior Vice President for Programming, Talent Management, Worldwide, and Support Group and CEO of GMA Films Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, Sparkle GMA Artist Center and Talent Development and Management First Vice President Joy Marcelo, and GMA Network Senior Vice President for Entertainment Group Lilybeth Rasonable. Universal Records Philippines Managing Director Kathleen Dy-Go was also present.

Kim Ji Soo, who has previously appeared in the GMA Network action drama series “Black Rider” as Adrian Park, showcased his versatility by participating in action scenes, speaking Tagalog and English, and sharing screen time with Yassi Pressman’s character, Vanessa. The actor also made headlines last month when he attended the GMA Gala and won the Red Carpet Scene Stealer Award. He actively participated in the GMA Kapuso Foundation’s relief efforts for Typhoon Carina victims.

Currently, Kim Ji Soo stars in the popular GMA Afternoon Prime series “Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap,” playing the role of Dr. Kim Young. His character visits APEX Medical Hospital, where he has significant interactions with Dr. Analyn Santos, portrayed by Jillian Ward.

Looking ahead, Kim Ji Soo will appear in the upcoming film “Mujigae,” featuring a star-studded cast that includes Rufa Mae Quinto, Alexa Ilacad, and Lito Pimentel.
