An 18-year-old male has been apprehended following his involvement in a commotion and subsequent brawl outside a school in Lemery, Batangas. Additionally, the individual faces allegations of intimidating and bullying several students.
As reported in Balitanghali on Friday, the incident initially erupted outside a school and escalated into a brawl. This is not the first time the young man and his underage companions have been reported for alleged bullying, indicating a pattern of disruptive behavior.
