In celebration of the Diwali Festival this October, Hilton Manila’s Kusina Sea Kitchen is opening its Treasures of India Buffet to fans of Indian cuisine from October 22 to November 10.
The authentic Indian dishes for the dinner buffet will be prepared by the hotel’s new Senior Sous Chef, Chef Manish Thapa.
Some of the dishes guests can enjoy include various kinds of tandoori, prawn curry, vegetable pulac, lamb kebab, fish tikka, and many more.
The buffet is open from 6:00pm until 10:00pm. It is priced at P2,480 nett per adult and P1,240 nett per child.
