The Department of Transportation, Department of Labor and Employment, and Department of Interior and Local Government, announced that only fully vaccinated individuals will be permitted to ride PUVs starting February 25. This decree will only proceed if the region remains under Alert Level 3.

Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated workers can still commute for now. They will be prohibited from PUBs if their vaccinations remain incomplete 30 days after January 26.

Once the rule is implemented, workers need to present their vaccination cards and IDs before riding.
